Cancellation Policy   We respectfully ask that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.  The full service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment.  Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced and the full treatment price will apply. . What services would you like to see on the menu?	My Spa By The Park offers Vinyasa YOGA Vinyasa Yoga links breath with movement through a series of postures. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.”  During this session, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.  This technique is sometimes called Vinyasa Flow or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together.
